Pumpkin Apple Carob Bars
Makes 16 bars (2 1/4" squares)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Whole Grain Oat Flour (I ground mine up in the Vitamix)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Carob Chips
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats
- 2 jars Earth's Best Pumpkin Apple Babyfood
- 3/4 cup Splenda granular
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
- 3 large Egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients; then blend together. Spray a 9" baking dish and pour batter into it. Bake in a 350 oven for 22-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
